Working with me
I love a good experience in any service. Life is too short not to be intentional in whatever you do. I intend to create a beautiful journey for you—of course, a beautiful journey with high-quality results, too. Should you decide to use my service as your brand photographer, here is what it looks like to work with me.
My work process with you involves four steps, regardless of your chosen package.
Step 01: THE CONCEPT
Collaborative brainstorming to create a compelling and cohesive visual story that aligns with your brand, goal, vision, and target customers.
This is the initial stage of our discussion, where we cover your vision and ideas, your business story and core values, your brand and target customers, and decide on the date and timing. We could have already discussed some of these topics during the free discovery call we had previously held together.
If you choose package one—The Essential (one-hour photo session)—this step will be much shorter; we will not discuss your business story or brand core values since we won’t be able to cover all that in a one-hour photo shoot.
After this meeting, I will email you a debrief of what we covered in the discussion, which is attached with a simple contract for our work together.
Step 02: THE PRE-SHOOT
Pre-shoot preparation includes location, outfit ideas, and creating a mood board for inspiration to create an ideal creative direction.
Between Concept and Pre-shoot, I will send you the mood board as our inspiration based on your shared idea. We will discuss the location, what to prepare, the outfit sets, accessories, etc.
Step 03: ON LOCATION
On-location for the photo shoot, following the plan we decide on together during the Concept and Pre-shoot preparation.
The day is here! We are on location, and we enjoy the photo session. You are ready as your best self; you just need to be you. That’s all you need to be.
I am prepared to capture your essence, and we will follow the plan that we set previously. It will all be natural.
If you take Package Two of Brand Signature—we will spend a half day (about 3 hours) with a short break in between, so we take it easy and cover all aspects of your business. It will be an inspiring day as I will be “your mirror” in your every move. This is my favourite time; I will show you what I see from my lens, what everyone else sees, and how inspiring you are!
Step 04: THE POST-SHOOT
Uncapped high-resolution images are delivered in a digital format for unlimited usage. This is followed by a post-shoot call on how to use the images to elevate your brand.
All photos will undergo careful post-processing over 5-10 days. I am using a professional photography software called Lightroom. Once it is done, I will let you know. All suitable photos will be displayed in a private online gallery, and you can download all the images in high and low resolutions. We’ll be in touch again through a short video call so I can share the best way to use/ plan the photos to post on your social media.
